What you will do

• Solve applied ML tasks, iterating on problems to test and improve model reasoning from baseline to optimized workflows.
• Evaluate scientific writing, comparing research abstracts and introductions using review rubrics.
• Debug advanced model behavior, probing LLMs on optimization, fairness, regularization, transformers, and applied NLP.
• Design new benchmark tasks, including identifying datasets, analyzing state-of-the-art papers, and building evaluation scripts.
• Improve training datasets by delivering structured feedback to enhance AI output accuracy, reliability, and usefulness.

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, NLP, or data science.
• Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, probabilistic modeling, and applied NLP.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud-based workflows.
• Clear communication skills, able to explain reasoning and “show your work.”
