What you will do

• Produce beautiful and innovative designs for client websites, e-commerce pages (A+, Shopalyst), and social media channels.
• Be responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategy to deliver high-quality, positive impact on consumers.
• Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
• Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files to comply with correct output specifications.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of design experience.
• At least 1+ years of relevant experience working with beauty and skincare brands.
• Expertise in layout, typography, and idea generation.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion within agreed deadlines.
• Excellent Adobe CS skills.
• Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships.

Nice to have

• Understanding of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends.
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation.
• Mid-level retouching experience and skills.
• Experience in creating in-house content.
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools, or critical ability to learn and digest their benefits and features.
