NVIDIA continues to redefine the future — from computer graphics and gaming to AI, robotics, and autonomous systems. To fuel this next era of innovation, we’re hiring a Director of Recruitment for EMEA to lead, elevate, and scale talent acquisition across the region.

This is a high-impact leadership role at one of the world’s most influential technology companies.

What you’ll be doing
— Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EMEA Talent Acquisition team (managers, recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, program specialists).
— Define and execute the regional recruiting strategy aligned with business priorities and global workforce plans.
— Partner with senior business leaders to understand talent needs and influence hiring decisions.
— Collaborate with HRBPs, HR leadership, Compensation, L&D, and global TA programs to deliver integrated, data-driven recruitment solutions.
— Drive an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience across all functions.
— Oversee full-cycle recruitment for experienced hiring, early careers, and niche technical roles.
— Champion recruiting technology, analytics, and employer branding to ensure hiring is efficient and competitive.

What we need to see
— 5+ years of proven experience leading a distributed TA function across EMEA (preferably in high-growth or complex tech environments).
— 12+ years of recruitment expertise spanning early careers, DI&B, employer branding, and recruiting operations/technology.
— Strong business partnership track record, influencing hiring decisions at senior levels.
— Ability to operate within a highly matrixed environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional HR teams.
— Experience improving hiring processes, policies, and technologies (Workday & Eightfold knowledge is a plus).
— Data-driven leadership: ability to translate insights into strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
