• Develop and implement comprehensive, scalable recruiting strategies and processes aligned with company growth objectives.

• Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts.
• Utilize advanced recruiting technologies and tools to optimize talent acquisition.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance recruiting teams, leveraging data-driven decision making.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, with Greenhouse preferred.
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends, with strong project management and data analysis skills.
• English: B2 required.
