What you will do

• Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure clean recruiting data.
• Collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Support the creation and promotion of job ads to attract future hirify.globalrs.
• Test and support the rollout of AI tools for sourcing, screening, or HR processes.

• Comfortable working with digital tools and improving processes through smart systems.
• Interested in how AI can enhance recruiting, onboarding, and HR workflows.
• Fluent in English and German.
