What you will do
- Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure clean recruiting data.
- Collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Support the creation and promotion of job ads to attract future hirify.globalrs.
- Test and support the rollout of AI tools for sourcing, screening, or HR processes.

- Comfortable working with digital tools and improving processes through smart systems.
- Interested in how AI can enhance recruiting, onboarding, and HR workflows.
- Fluent in English and German.
