What you will do

• Assist the marketing team with operational tasks.
• Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within Health & Fitness.
• Review advertisements for alignment with company policies and guidelines.
• Configure, launch, and conduct advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google.
• Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and look for growth opportunities.
• Set technical tasks for creative and content teams.

Requirements

• Junior marketing specialist or recent graduate in Marketing / Business / Economics / Analytics.
• English: Intermediate+ level required.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data and draw insights.
• Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company.
• Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and quick learner.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Previous experience in digital marketing or analytics projects.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager, or relevant digital advertising certification.
