What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain the desktop application while keeping resource usage minimal.
• Monitor, profile, and analyze runtime performance, implementing optimizations to avoid regressions.
• Advocate and evolve the frontend architecture to ensure scalability.
• Define, enforce, and evangelize best practices in code quality.
• Develop robust error-handling and recovery paths for critical failures inside the UI.
• Work cross-functionally with backend, QA, and infrastructure teams to define interfaces.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional Frontend web development experience.
• Deep understanding of browser JavaScript (including the DOM and platform APIs).
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Experience with React, Typescript, and Electron.
• Effective asynchronous communication skills (Slack, Notion, and email).
• Driven by passion and curiosity.
