Salary: $152,405—$179,300 USD

What you will do

• Shape the next generation of Risk Platform architecture.
• Articulate long-term technical direction for web and mobile platforms.
• Create trustworthy user experiences with simple, performant, and reliable interfaces using modern tools.
• Turn vision into a tangible roadmap by collaborating with product managers and senior leadership.
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with Platform (Payments, Finhub, Identity), Analysts, Ops, and Machine Learning teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering, developing web apps and shipping user-facing features.
• Experience with JavaScript and modern, component-based JS frameworks like React.
• Familiarity with current trends in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability.
• Familiarity with product and design lifecycles, and collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience on front-end teams in the finance or compliance space.
• Experience developing React Native mobile apps or moving existing native apps to React Native.
