What you will do
- Shape the next generation of Risk Platform architecture.
- Articulate long-term technical direction for web and mobile platforms.
- Create trustworthy user experiences with simple, performant, and reliable interfaces using modern tools.
- Turn vision into a tangible roadmap by collaborating with product managers and senior leadership.
- Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with Platform (Payments, Finhub, Identity), Analysts, Ops, and Machine Learning teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering, developing web apps and shipping user-facing features.
- Experience with JavaScript and modern, component-based JS frameworks like React.
- Familiarity with current trends in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability.
- Familiarity with product and design lifecycles, and collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
- English: B2 required.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience on front-end teams in the finance or compliance space.
- Experience developing React Native mobile apps or moving existing native apps to React Native.
