What you will do
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities to promote hirify.global and achieve user and trading volume growth.
- Maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation.
- Execute and optimize KOL marketing strategies, track results, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Monitor local industry developments and competitor actions, strategizing corresponding actions.
- Maintain daily communication with colleagues and partners to track results.
Requirements
- Background in business development or marketing in the Crypto/Fintech industry (1+ years).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate/influencer marketing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.
- Able to use English and Spanish at a sufficient level for fluent communication.
