Contracts Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 annually, plus equity and bonus potential. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the full contracts cycle, ensuring adherence to policies and balancing risk and efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to support the development and implementation of standardized deal metrics.
• Work on a broad scope of agreements including NDAs, master service agreements, software licensing, and partnership agreements.
• Maintain a precise and organized contracts repository.
• Maintain and enhance internal processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Assist in other projects, including process development and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of contracts experience in a SaaS company and ability to manage a high volume of contracts.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, Ironclad preferred.
• Organized and focused on details.
• Excellent organization skills and proven track record of managing competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in GSuite.
