What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable and performant backend solutions.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Managers to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
• Create secure, maintainable, performant, correct, scalable, and stable solutions for complex healthcare challenges.
• Embrace strategies that minimize risk through observability, alerting, metrics, high test coverage, and frequent incremental releases.

Requirements

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years experience building full-stack web applications as part of a cross-functional team.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with large datasets, data storage technologies, and database systems.
• Familiarity with database scalability techniques (replication, sharding).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with security and systems handling sensitive data.
