• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT specialists.

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing and hiring specialists through LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Ability to work with ATS and other recruiting tools.
• Grammatically correct Russian language.
• Proactive, able to work in a dynamic environment and a desire to develop.
