🚀 We’re hiring an IT Recruiter

Access Softek is a fintech company that has been shaping digital banking for decades. We work with 400+ banks and credit unions across the U.S., building mobile-first digital banking solutions with AI at the core.

I’m looking for an IT Recruiter to join my team — someone who understands the basics of tech recruitment and wants to grow into a confident hiring partner.

🚀What you’ll do
• Own the full recruitment cycle for technical roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers
• Help shape job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate experience
• Source via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities
• Build talent pipelines and improve hiring using data and feedback

🚀 What we’re looking for
• 1.5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (IT is a plus)
• English level B2+ (Russian — native / advanced)
• Confidence with ATS, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-changing environment
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams
