Location: Hybrid, must be based in Sydney, Australia

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key enterprise customers, providing technical insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead architectural discussions and solution reviews to optimize the application of hirify.global’s offerings.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with support and product teams.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, sharing insights and best practices.
• Partner with various teams to ensure customer feedback influences the product roadmap.
• Mentor internal teams and junior technical resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager).
• Extensive knowledge of hirify.global’s Workers and Workers AI, cybersecurity, web performance, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands on experience in building AI tools including private LLM creation and associated software development tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong consultative skills and a history of solving complex technical problems in customer environments.

Nice to have

• Prior customer onsite placement experience is a plus.
