What you will do
- Specific ownership of the end-to-end product roadmap for money movement.
- Optimize and expand connectivity to traditional banking networks (ACH, RTP, Wires, FedNow).
- Ensure adherence to global payment regulations, AML/KYC rules, and risk frameworks.
- Build and manage relationships with liquidity providers, exchanges, and payment rails.
- Apply analytical rigor to every decision and measure success with data.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class product team.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management with expert-level knowledge of traditional payment rails (ACH, Wires, RTP, Cards) and banking integrations.
- Deep experience connecting to the banking system and understanding settlement times and reconciliation.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of digital assets—wallets, exchanges, and stablecoins.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions on API design, reconciliation, and ledger management.
- Proven experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, Security and Compliance.
