TL;DR

Customer Service Representative: Communicating directly with end-users via phone and email to assist with setup, troubleshoot issues, and drive sales. Focus on providing excellent customer service and technical support while identifying customer needs and potential fraud.

Location: Hybrid in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, or Dallas. Must be based in or willing to work from one of these locations.

Salary: $17.87 - $28.85 per hour USD

What you will do

  • Provide technical support via phone and email with excellent customer service.
  • Contact customers regarding service issues with a focus on customer retention and fraud prevention.
  • Respond to chats and emails as required.
  • Learn company products to solve customers’ technical problems.
  • Maintain client work schedule and service level requirements.
  • Identify and record customer calls, providing troubleshooting aids for future problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer technical support inbound call center environment.
  • 2+ years of experience resolving basic user-related technical problems over the phone or via email.
  • Excellent communication and superior problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Cross-functional skills in supporting customers via chat and email.

Nice to have

  • IOS and HTML experience is a plus.
  • Active, transferable U.S. Security clearance at the Public Trust level or higher.
