TL;DR

Integration & Support Manager (Fintech): Assisting partners with integration on technical issues, improving collaboration between clients, partners, and internal development teams with an accent on analyzing technical cases, incident monitoring, and bug descriptions. Focus on maintaining integration documentation and preparing guides to accelerate integrations and improve self-service onboarding.

Location: Onsite in Belgrade

What you will do

Communicating with partners on technical issues.
Assisting with integration, answering technical questions.
Collaborating with sales before and after partner onboarding.
Conducting short demos and walkthroughs.
Analyzing technical cases and monitoring incident solutions.
Collecting product and integration requirements.

Requirements

Understanding of REST, webhooks, and JSON
Proficiency in Postman.
Ability to structure information.
Ability to describe processes and bugs.
Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience in fintech or L2/L3 tech support.
Experience in integration roles in SaaS/payments.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
