What you will do

• Drive innovation and growth in the Stablecoins business.
• Scale the platform for broader adoption in institutional trading.
• Collaborate with quantitative traders, institutional clients, and market makers.
• Define the future of institutional crypto trading at hirify.global Prime.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in institutional trading, capital markets, or fintech with a trading focus.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, order management systems, and execution algorithms.
• Experience with institutional trading workflows, including prime brokerage and portfolio management systems.
• Proven track record of launching trading products with a focus on execution quality and user experience.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret trading metrics and market data.
• Passion for crypto markets and digital assets, with understanding of DeFi protocols and market making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with trading technologies such as FIX protocol, market data feeds, and algorithmic trading systems.
