What you will do

• Ensure high quality standards for pod's contributions to releases, focusing on defect prevention and overall user experience.
• Develop comprehensive test plans defining scope, estimates, resources, and requirements from concept to release.
• Create, maintain, and execute test suites and cases tailored to your pod’s specific needs.
• Manage a clean and prioritized bug database in alignment with your pod’s work.
• Lead the onboarding and alignment of external embedded QA resources into your pod.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Live & Release teams to investigate and resolve live issues.

Requirements

• Strong verbal/written communication and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time management, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA and/or similar bug tracking systems.
• Mobile exposure and an understanding of Apple/Google submission protocols.
• Sound understanding of the gaming industry and the typical end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Ability to work in an agile setup, multitasking for multiple high-profile releases.
