Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and inspire project teams effectively, fostering open communication and teamwork among project members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
• Deliver multiple technical projects, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate within Agile and Scrum frameworks to prioritize and execute project requirements iteratively.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained, capturing lessons learned for future improvements.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong project management skills and analytical mindset.
• Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FX industry.
• PMP/Prince II or Agile/Scrum certifications.
