What you will do

  • Develop Paid Social channels with a primary focus on Snapchat Ads.
  • Implement marketing strategies to acquire new users.
  • Set up tasks for designers to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaigns and channel performance.
  • Run A/B tests for campaigns and creatives to drive optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics and creative teams to define and test different advertising approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or User Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition principles with hands-on experience in Snapchat Ads.
  • Confident in managing ad budgets, analyzing performance data, and forecasting business impact.
  • English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with budgets of $50K+ monthly.
  • A solid background in A/B testing and performance-driven campaign optimization.
  • Recent hands-on experience with user acquisition, particularly on Snapchat.
