What you will do

• Own and make hirify.global's social presence genuinely compelling.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and tastemakers.
• Create viral moments around product launches, features, and company milestones.
• Drive organic buzz on platforms like X, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord.
• Work closely with leadership to shape brand voice and positioning.
• Experiment constantly to find effective hooks, formats, and channels.

Requirements

• Proven ability to make things go viral repeatedly.
• Experience in a growth, marketing, or founder role at a consumer startup.
• Deep fluency in internet culture and an instinct for what spreads.
• Hands-on and resourceful, including direct engagement and posting.
• Excellent taste and bold communication without being tone-deaf.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder or early employee at a breakout consumer company.
• Experience building hype around fundraising or major company announcements.
• Proven ability to grow a personal following or community from scratch.
