What you will do

• Coordinate financial and business planning with multiple teams to align processes and key deliverables.
• Partner with the Americas Executive Managing Director and Strategic and Finance Commercial Director to deliver financial targets.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes for the region.
• Report and analyze monthly financial performance and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Collaborate with the Americas team and Corporate FP&A teams to understand performance and communicate finance matters.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a public, multinational company, audit or consulting firm (Big 4).
• Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting process & procedure.
• Ability to deal with complexity and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude, enjoying challenges in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in English; other language skills appreciated.
• High proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• International experience with proven ability to work with people from different cultures.
• Skills on Power BI, Qlick, Tableau, or any other data visualization tools.
