Junior It Recruiter

TL;DR

Junior IT Recruiter: Sourcing and screening IT specialists for a range of engineering roles, including DevOps, SRE, Frontend and Backend Engineers, and QA with an accent on initial communication and candidate management. Focus on collaboration with hiring managers and participation in HR department projects.

Location: On-site work at our office in Tbilisi or Batumi 4 days a week, with 1 remote day per week.

What you will do

• Source and screen IT specialists using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Communicate with candidates, conduct screenings, and perform HR interviews.
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, schedule interviews, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the team.
• Support new hires on their first day.
• Participate in HR department projects.

Requirements

• Higher education or current enrollment in final years of study.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and technology.
• Friendly, proactive, and communication-oriented.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and strong organizational skills.
• English level - Intermediate or higher
• Russian level - Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR.
