Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in C&B focused on job evaluation, salary ranges development
- Deep knowledge of any grading methodology (Mercer, EY, Hay)
- Experience of participation in salary surveys
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets: formulas, pivots.

Responsibilities:
- Support in maintaining salary matrices, job grading, and bonus program administration to ensure fairness and market competitiveness
- Assist in developing salary ranges, job grading, benefits packages, and process automation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align C&B programs with company goals and employee needs
- Perform job evaluations, clarify responsibilities and roles within the company structure
- Research market salaries using open sources
- Administer and update grading files.
