Senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist

Location: Limassol, Cyprus · On-site / Hybrid

Our company is a modern provider of high-quality payment solutions, offering financial organizations reliable tools for processing and executing payments. We are growing rapidly, creating innovative products, and expanding into new markets. Our team includes over 100 professionals, with the Limassol office serving as the center for management and operational processes.
We are looking for an experienced Senior C&B Specialist to help design effective compensation and benefits systems, align them with management, and implement them for our international team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, align, and approve compensation and benefits policies for all employee categories.
- Prepare documentation and regulations for salary and bonus programs, insurance, and corporate perks.
- After approval, support the implementation, ongoing development, and optimization of these systems.
- Monitor market compensation trends and provide analytics for management.
- Maintain employee data related to salaries and benefits (without performing payroll calculations).
- Support relocation processes and related compensation for employees moving locations.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of C&B programs for management.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure correct implementation and operation of systems.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience working with international teams and multi-currency payroll structures.
- Knowledge of Cyprus labor law and tax regulations is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Google Sheets, HRIS systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
