What you will do
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) for APJC.
- Provide timely, high-quality support for employee inquiries through Zendesk.
- Act as a proactive liaison between employees and specialized teams such as Payroll, Benefits, and Legal.
- Maintain and update employee records, performing regular audits to guarantee data accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze employee feedback and process metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Support strategic HR initiatives and projects, including HR system implementations and regional programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in HR administration and comfortable handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills.
- Proficient in working with data and skilled in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional service.
- Effective communicator, able to clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing to employees across the APJC region.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage shifting priorities efficiently.
- Must work from Singapore (Hybrid)

- Familiarity with Workday or Zendesk.
