Infrastructure Engineer (System Engineering)

What you will do

• Create infrastructure level designs and operation guidelines for enterprise applications/solutions.
• Lead and participate in technical negotiations for implementing new solutions.
• Create detailed network flow designs and documentation to support implementation.
• Liaise with specialized technical teams to verify the validity of infrastructure designs.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to test the implemented infrastructure.
• Coordinate operational engineers to implement designs and bring them to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's diploma & 10 years of experience.
• English: B2 level or higher
• 3 years of experience creating technical designs, including presenting solutions to stakeholders.
• 5 years of experience installing and configuring Server Operating Systems (MS Windows and/or Linux).
• 2 years of experience adapting infrastructure designs and applying security hardening.
• 3 years of experience documenting technical specifications and operational procedures.

Nice to have

• 3 years of experience implementing and leading an ICT operational team for setup of designs.
• 2 years of experience in calculating the Total Cost of Ownership of the designs created/proposed.
• Good knowledge in configuration of application servers for authentication, encryption, file access and database access.
