What you will do

• Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Administer cloud-based productivity environments such as Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis to ensure system reliability.
• Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Mentor junior staff on technical best practices and maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT engineering or systems administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications (CompTIA, MCSA, AWS Solutions Architect).
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
