What you will do

• Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global’s payments ecosystem.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve conversion rates and support global scalability.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Integrate and maintain third-party payment providers.
• Ensure all payment solutions meet regulatory requirements (PCI, PSD2, SCA, etc.).
• Monitor the performance and reliability of payment systems using data and user feedback.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and scaling payments systems in a SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce environment.
• Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, including gateway integrations, card networks, and fraud prevention.
• Strong technical fluency and comfortable working closely with engineers and interpreting API documentation.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data-driven mindset.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

Nice to have

• Certifications in product management or fintech/payments.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with global payment methods, subscriptions, recurring billing, or tax compliance tools.
• Experience with treasury systems.
