What you will do

• Develop and pitch social-first concepts for stage talks, podcasts, and key launches.
• Translate strategic direction into creative production plans and content calendars.
• Analyze long-form recordings to create compelling short-form content opportunities and detailed 'paper edits'.
• Write clear, creative briefs for editors, including narrative structure, emotional tone, and visual direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, editors, copywriters, thumbnail designers, and platform specialists.
• Stay updated on trends in platform algorithms, features, and storytelling norms across platforms like YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in social media, content production, or digital storytelling.
• Proven experience transforming podcasts, interviews, or stage talks into short-form social content.
• Deep understanding of storytelling structure, narrative beats, and emotional arcs.
• Strong grasp of platform-specific storytelling (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• Exceptional brief-writing and communication skills to distill strategy into actionable creative direction.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and feedback loops.
