What you will do

• Contribute to highly scalable management systems supporting complex high-availability features, advanced APIs, and integration.
• Work on a cloud-operated, AI-driven SaaS platform designed for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Design, build, and optimize backend services to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance R&D productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Drive improvements in code quality, development practices, and tooling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Python development with strong Object-Oriented Programming skills.
• Proven background in server-side Python engineering, including multi-threading, multi-processing, communication protocols, and SQL database interactions.
• Experience building management systems or other enterprise-grade, cloud-based, or high-scale distributed systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Linux and confident working in a Linux environment.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and multiprocessing.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native workflows.
• Strong technical abilities in problem-solving, system design, clean coding practices, and debugging.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience developing networking, storage, server, or virtualization management systems.
• Full-stack development skills, including experience with modern Web UI technologies.
• Hands-on work with Elasticsearch or Solr.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
