We are a fast-growing technology company building a Python-based RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platform that helps businesses automate routine processes, integrate AI, and improve efficiency. Our platform combines Python development with low-code capabilities to deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions across industries.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Python
Build and support automation bots (RPA workflows)
Integrate APIs, third-party services, and internal systems
Work with data processing, scraping, and automation pipelines
Optimize performance and scalability of automation solutions
Collaborate with product and business teams to automate workflows
Debug, test, and improve reliability of existing systems

Requirements
2+ years of experience with Python
Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development
Experience with frameworks like FastAPI / Django / Flask
Knowledge of SQL and working with databases
Experience with automation, scraping, or scripting
Understanding of Git and software development lifecycle
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Nice to Have
Experience with RPA tools or automation platforms
Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
Familiarity with AI integrations (OCR, LLMs, etc.)
Understanding of asynchronous programming
