What you will do

• Design, create, and maintain test cases, test plans, and release plans.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and retesting.
• Generate clear and detailed test reports to communicate test results and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Support test automation efforts, particularly for backend and API testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, QA Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong background in test design, test case management, and release validation.
• Proven experience in backend and API testing, both manual and automated.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting for API validation (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, or similar).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Postman, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
