What you will do

• Design and maintain automated test coverage across APIs, front-end workflows, data pipelines, and decision-engine behavior.
• Test web application user journeys including workflows, visualizations, authentication, and role-based access.
• Build automated evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI output using scenario libraries and regression baselines.
• Validate model recommendations against historical baselines and business rules.
• Test allocation logic, exception handling, edge cases, and business-rule behavior.
• Manage defect tracking, test evidence, regression coverage, and release sign-off.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work from Canada, Brazil, or United States
• 5+ years experience in QA Engineering or Test Automation
• Experience with modern test automation frameworks, API and UI testing, regression testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong experience testing AI-enabled systems with non-deterministic outputs.
• Ability to validate outputs against baselines and translate ambiguous behavior into actionable defects.
• Preferred experience with supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or ERP-driven workflows.
