What you will do

• Lead solution design and technical consultation for complex client requirements.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations tailored to enterprise-level clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create scalable, value-driven solutions.
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and technical evaluations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong expertise in HR technology, leave management, or compliance solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Office).
