What you will do
- Lead solution design and technical consultation for complex client requirements.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations tailored to enterprise-level clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create scalable, value-driven solutions.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and technical evaluations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong expertise in HR technology, leave management, or compliance solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Office).
