Account Manager (Marketing)

Account Manager (Marketing): Managing influencer and social campaigns from end-to-end, including influencer outreach, negotiation, client communications, and post-campaign analysis with an accent on optimizing campaigns through performance marketing. Focus on campaign execution, client relationship management, and identifying opportunities for business growth through upselling and referrals.

Location: Hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence three (3) days per week at our NY office.

Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 per year

• End-to-end management of influencer and social campaigns.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, sharing updates and providing recommendations.
• Applying expertise in performance marketing to optimize campaigns and provide data-backed insights.
• Presenting confidently to key stakeholders in meetings.
• Identifying opportunities for expanding client relationships and contributing to new business growth.
• Supporting new business proposals with bold and effective creative ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working within influencer marketing or social media marketing.
• Genuine passion for social media, Influencer, and Performance Marketing.
• Exceptional organization and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with problems logically and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload.
