What you will do
- Own day-to-day management of in-house paid search campaigns across Google Ads and additional search platforms.
- Build and evolve account structures, keywords, ads, audiences, and landing-page alignment to improve conversion and efficiency.
- Plan, pace, and reallocate budgets across markets and key events, optimising against business KPIs such as CPA and ROAS.
- Lead a structured testing roadmap covering ad formats, audience strategies, and automation.
- Deliver clear weekly/monthly performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Partner with Analytics/BI and Engineering to ensure robust tracking, measurement, and attribution (e.g., GA4, GTM).
- Coach and manage a PPC Executive, setting priorities and reviewing work quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on PPC / paid search experience managing complex accounts with measurable results.
- Expert-level Google Ads capability (Search and related features), with strong fundamentals in account structure and optimisation.
- Experience with at least one additional search platform or tooling (e.g., Microsoft Advertising, SA360).
- Proven ability to optimise toward commercial KPIs such as CPA and ROAS, and to make budget trade-offs confidently.
- Strong analytical and measurement skills (e.g., GA4/GTM, dashboards) with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and turn insights into actions.
- English: B2 required.
