What you will do

• Develop and maintain back-end applications utilizing modern AI chat and agent completion APIs.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based architectures that support custom GPT functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective backend solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure reliability and scalability.
• Continuously improve existing applications and develop new features aligned with evolving AI technologies.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of GPT models (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI API, prompt engineering).
• Strong experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript (or no-code/low-code platforms).
• Experience with AI models, particularly GPT-based APIs, and integrating them into applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, and related deployment tools.
• Understanding of database systems and RESTful/API design principles.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like OpenAI’s Custom GPTs and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with full-stack software development.
• Familiarity with OpenAI functionalities such as GPT Actions, Assistants API, function calling, finetuning and Copilot integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem.
