What you will do

• Monitor AI agent implementations and manage daily operational tasks.
• Execute QA and UAT test cases to ensure system integrity.
• Maintain and update internal SOPs, training guides, and reference documentation.
• Coordinate with APJ sales, marketing, and IT teams for tool integration.
• Track system performance metrics via dashboards to identify trends and anomalies.
• Assist with training delivery and support user adoption efforts.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to learn low-code/no-code platforms and AI-powered tools.
