What you will do

  • Lead creative concepts for social content across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Develop scroll-stopping concepts from evergreen to reactive, owning them through from idea to execution.
  • Write sharp, on-brand copy and short-form scripts that match the energy of each platform and speak directly to the audience.
  • Lead campaign ideation across masterbrand, partnerships/rewards, and proactive moments, taking ideas from early concepts through to delivery.
  • Spot cultural moments, trends, and conversations, finding smart ways for brands to join in.
  • Stay up to date with evolving platform features, formats, and audience behaviors, using that knowledge to keep ideas fresh and format-fit.

Requirements

  • Experience leading creative concepts for social content across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Proven ability to develop scroll-stopping concepts from evergreen to reactive, owning them through from idea to execution.
  • Strong skills in writing sharp, on-brand copy and short-form scripts that match the energy of each platform and speak directly to the audience.
  • Experience leading campaign ideation across masterbrand, partnerships/rewards, and proactive moments, taking ideas from early concepts through to delivery.
  • Ability to spot cultural moments, trends, and conversations and find smart ways for brands to join in.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of evolving platform features, formats, and audience behaviors to keep ideas fresh and format-fit.
