Requirements

• Strong academic background (degree, Masters, or PhD ideal).
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative (e.g., in student societies, major projects, entrepreneurship).
• Commitment to continuous learning (online courses, certifications, or personal projects).
• Proven collaboration examples (group projects, sports teams, or volunteer efforts).
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• High achievements outside of education (competitive sports, creative pursuits, volunteering, entrepreneurial ventures).
• Eagerness to innovate and challenge the status quo.
• English: B2 required.
