🦄 Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee workflows, align teams, and ensure smooth delivery within a large-scale Action-Adventure MMORPG project built on Unreal Engine 5. You will play a key role in coordinating complex pipelines, working closely with founders and department leads, and ensuring clarity, structure, and predictable delivery across teams.
🚀 Responsibilities
• Coordinate the full project workflow within assigned departments such as Art or Game Design
• Work closely with founders and leads to define priorities, scope, and expected outcomes
• Plan tasks, timelines, and deliverables while keeping schedules and documentation up to date
• Run daily syncs, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage Jira boards including task allocation, backlog structure, and progress tracking
• Identify risks early and maintain a risk matrix with mitigation actions
• Prepare clear and structured status updates for founders
• Support cross-team collaboration between Art, Game Design, Development, and other departments
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase team efficiency
📚 Required Skills
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, game development, or software development
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Confident use of Jira and Confluence, including workflows, automation, and complex boards
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of 50+ people
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience interacting directly with founders and leads
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and keep timelines
• English level B2 or higher, confident written and verbal communication
👍 Nice to Have
• Experience coordinating Art and or Game Design teams
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive processes forward
• Confidence in communication with founders or CEO and ability to challenge assumptions
• Systems thinking and a structured, metrics-driven approach
• Experience in GameDev or managing art and game design pipelines
