Senior Project Manager (AI Data & Operations)

Location: Hybrid, with offices in Seattle (US) and Lisbon (Portugal). Candidates should be able to work from or commute to one of these locations.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications.
• Estimate resources and manage budgets for projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and executive leadership.
• Coach and motivate project team members and contractors.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project models.
• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
