What you will do

• Manage the full cycle of internal process optimization projects: planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and propose actionable solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong technical background (experience working with developers, technical teams, or IT projects).
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• English proficiency C1 or higher (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or strong desire to leverage AI for work

Nice to have

• Experience with process automation tools or internal systems optimization.
• Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Background in software development, product management, or IT consulting.
