What you will do

• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops as part of the requirements management process.
• Gather and understand requirements from various sources, including technical documentation, formal proposals, contracts, and stakeholders.
• Analyze gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, consistent, and testable.
• Document analyzed requirements in a clear and concise format, leveraging standard tools such as Word, Polarion X, or Jira.
• Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, developers, and testers to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication (English C2), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under moderate supervision.
• Ability to proofread the work of colleagues and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of time).
• Ability to work across multiple time zones internationally if required.
