What you will do

• Maintain and support office hardware and operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations.
• Administer and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls).
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users (on-site and remote).
• Perform user account and access management (Google workspace, MDM, identity services, endpoints).
• Collaborate with IT operations department to enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and support procedures.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of major operating systems, particularly Windows, Linux/Unix and MacOS is essential.
• Understanding of networking concepts like IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls is necessary.
• Basic scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash are needed for automating tasks.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fluent level of English.

• Speaking Russian or Ukrainian.
