What you will do

• Analyse technical problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions across gaming systems.
• Establish and maintain user accounts with appropriate permissions and access levels.
• Support new gaming operator launches, configuring systems, automations, and compliance components.
• Collaborate with CRM teams on marketing automation campaigns and custom technical implementations.
• Analyse business requirements and create technical specifications for platform enhancements.
• Contribute to security projects, risk management, and daily cross-team communications.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a technical role such as system administration, configuration management, or technical support
• Strong written and verbal English for team, client, and stakeholder interactions
• Comfortable working shifts
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for problem-solving and multitasking, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to develop career in Technical Delivery.

• Previous experience in the Online Gambling industry.
