What you will do

• Customize routing to solve business problems and optimize team processes.
• Solve requests coming through Jira/Slack.
• Manually and automatically monitor the quality of traffic and routes.
• Make quick decisions in critical situations to solve problems.
• Maintain the quality of routes without failures.
• Gather feedback from members of other teams for decision-making.

Requirements

• English: Upper Intermediate-Advanced level required.
• Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Stress tolerance and readiness to work for results.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of regular expressions, SQL, and Excel will be a plus.
• Experience in the telecom industry is not required but will be a plus.
