TL;DR

Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure/Medtech): Developing and operating the Lifecare Data Platform on top of MS Azure, implementing cloud-based and data-driven solutions for the Nordic health and social care sector, with an accent on ensuring high quality and security of healthcare solutions. Focus on implementing infrastructure as code, maintaining cloud security best practices, and optimizing data platform performance.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania, with a flexible hybrid work model.

Salary: 4,500–6,500 EUR gross per month

What you will do

  • Develop and operate the Lifecare Data Platform on MS Azure for various customers.
  • Implement cloud-based and data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure high quality and security of HealthCare solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, lead architects, and development teams.
  • Work according to high development standards, including Agile methodologies and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience in cloud and data-driven solutions with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation.
  • Understanding of best security practices in cloud environments, including Identity and Access Management, Azure Policies, Microsoft Landing Zone Architecture, encryption, network security, monitoring, and logging.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration solutions.
  • Good communication skills, especially in English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
